It is a legal requirement buildings will be required to have a valid Energy Certificate as defined by the Energy Building Performance Directive (EBPD). This legal certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of posting onto the national register and is required when a building is sold, rented or let.
Irish Energy Auditing’s staff are degree qualified auditors, who have studied thermodynamics, building services, architecture, project management, energy modelling and energy simulation.
